The short version: this website does not collect personal information about you unless you choose to apply for a job on our careers page.

What this site does not do

• No forms other than the job application
• No cookies
• No advertising or tracking scripts
• No third-party analytics
• No fonts or files loaded from outside services

When you apply for a job

If you submit the application on our careers page, what you enter and any resume you attach are turned into a PDF and emailed to our hiring team. We also send you one email confirming we received it. Our email delivery provider, Resend, handles these messages only to deliver them. The site itself does not store your application.

We use your application only to consider you for employment. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside our hiring process. Please don’t include health information in your application. To ask about or withdraw an application, call (717) 330-1742.

What our web host records

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically keeps short-term server logs for security and reliability. These can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

When you call or email us

If you contact us by phone or email, we use what you share only to respond to you and, if you become someone we support, to provide services. Records about the people we support are kept confidential and handled according to Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs requirements and applicable privacy laws.

Regular email is not a secure way to send health or personal information. Please call(717) 330-1742 before sending details such as a diagnosis, MCI number, or Medical Assistance number, and we will discuss how to share them safely.
